There has recently been unimaginable heartbreak and sadness in Canada with the discovery of the residential school gravesites. With this assignment, to explore a law or policy that affects teaching, I looked at the effort Canada has undertaken within the education system to help heal the relations between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples.
